The products sold on the Site www.beretti.it are manufactured and sold by Beretti srl with registered office in Via F. Petrarca 14 – 25020 Flero Brescia, Vat code 02338620988, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of BRESCIA, REA 441353, e-mail PEC berettisrl@legalmail.it and owner of the site www.beretti.it. Customers who will use the services available on www.beretti.it will accept in full and without reservation the General Terms and Conditions of Contract described below. These Conditions apply to all orders placed, by any means provided below, for all the items and services offered on www.beretti.it.
2-GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
This is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 and ss. Of the D.Lgs. 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code). The contract for the sale of movable goods between Beretti srl and the consumer, or the customer, must be understood as concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Beretti srl. Acceptance will be sent via a confirmation email from Beretti srl to the email address communicated by the client when the order is placed. By placing an online order, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these Terms and conditions of payment as provided by Beretti srl. These Conditions and, in particular, the information referred to in art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Beretti srl, will remain valid and effective until they are modified and / or supplemented by Beretti srl. Any changes and / or additions to the Conditions will be effective starting from the date on which they will be communicated to the public and will apply to sales made from that date. The latest updated version of the Conditions is the one available on www.beretti.it. Once the purchase procedure is completed, the customer must print or save an electronic copy of these General Conditions of Sale.

4-PURCHASE METHODS
The customer can only purchase the products in the on-line catalog of Beretti srl at the time of placing the order and viewable online at www.Beretti.it, as described in the relevant technical data sheets. The image attached to the descriptive sheet of a product may not be fully representative of its characteristics. When the order is accepted, the customer will receive a summary e-mail from Beretti srl, with which he will be informed that his purchase proposal is being processed and will be considered accepted, unless otherwise communicated by Beretti srl within 3 calendar days from receipt of the summary email; after this term the internet contract is validated. Beretti srl reserves the right to cancel orders considered unreliable without prior notice. Beretti products can be ordered directly on the website www.Beretti.it or through authorized dealers located throughout Italy. The order will be processed and shipped via international express courier. During holidays, shipments can be delayed independent of the will of Beretti srl. Regarding the delivery address of the package, we recommend that the customer indicates his home address, alternatively the workplace address or a family member available, accurately completing all data (house number, surname on the doorbell, extension number, stairs etc.) to avoid failure to deliver the package. At the time of delivery of the products by the courier, we advise the customer to check that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact and has no damage and obvious alterations. Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch of the number of packages must be immediately challenged by the customer who must write on the document copy that remains to the courier the words “reservation of control”, specifying in the most detailed explanation: the type of damage, the number of the package, etc. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the customer can not make any objection about the characteristics of the delivered goods. Note: Regarding the order of digital reproducer of animals calls that provide for the choice of calls to be inserted in the memory cards, the customer can personally choose the calls from our website. If you leave the company Beretti srl the right to choose or modify the calls chosen with others considered better, the customer relies entirely on our professionalism and can not in any way challenge the choice of calls included.
5-APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law. Any controversy that does not find a friendly solution will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia. In any case, it is possible to optionally resort to the procedures of mediation pursuant to Legislative Decree 28/2010, for the resolution of any disputes arising in the interpretation and execution of these conditions of sale.
